We are now both able to control our own comfort features and the massage is just wonderful. We are both sleeping better and watching TV is a joy. Thanks for a great bed at a super price. The reason we have not contacted you before this is because Todd Transportation (Rutland, VT) workmen initially had screwed one of the bedrails in the wrong place, so that one of the four supporting screws (loosely) entered the junction of two of the three wooden platforms supporting the "box spring" (which did not make us very happy) - but Todd workmen "fixed" that today, and NOW WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR BED!!THANK YOU, CHRIS - IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING WITH YOU AND YOUR COMPANY!!!
